4. South Park: The Stick of Truth - Probing
Nothing less than you'd expect from a series that has acclaimed notoriety for pushing the offensive envelope so far its hand is gaping through the letter box, South Park: The Stick of Truth had its anal probing scenes and abortion mini-game cut (in hilarious fashion) in the EU and Australian versions.
During the story, the New Kid gets abducted and taken on board an alien space craft. Sticking with stereotypes, the aliens anally probe you (for what reason, I'm not sure, there isn't really a reason given) but thanks to your "special powers", you destroy their device and end up using it to teleport around the ship.
Further along in the story, you infiltrate an abortion clinic posing as one of the doctors there. Initially you're coaxed into getting an abortion yourself but the result is the same as the probe, ruining the doctor's equipment. Later on, when questioned as to if your identity is true, you perform an "abortion" on Randy Marsh to prove yourself.
In the EU and AUS versions however, we're treated to a humorous disclaimer merely telling us what happened in both scenes.
