10 Reasons Nintendo Have Us WORRIED

1. Why Does Tears Of The Kingdom Have No Post-Game DLC Yet?!

In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Zelda sequels would arrive between two and four years apart, with portable entries between home console games. Post-Twilight Princess, it's taken five or six years per sequel.

Tears of the Kingdom is mere weeks away. Everyone's excited to revisit destroyed Hyrule, with added sky and underground areas. Leaks so far include the official art book and the now confirmed OLED Switch. Eiji Aonuma's gameplay demo was amazing. Details of the game's plot, though, remain sparse.

DLC arrived quickly for Breath of the Wild: gamers could pre-order on announcement in February 2017. The first batch arrived that same summer. However, ToTK post-game content or DLC reveals are non-existent.

This close to release, Nintendo have us worried Tears of the Kingdom really will leave us in tears if they treat it as a 'one-and-done' release. Will the game get DLC at some point? Certainly. But not hearing anything about it is a tad concerning.

Maybe Nintendo's too busy working on that Mario movie tie-in game... oh wait.
