4. Time Consuming

If we could stop time to play our video games for as long as we want, and then resume life after, the world would be a much happier place. I use video games as a stress reliever, but they are terribly time- consuming. You sit down for a gaming session and four hours later you are flabbergasted at where the time went. This is especially true around night time, where you tell yourself just one more game or level for the next two hours rationalizing that you could end the night on a better note. Video games are great if you have the control to monitor yourself and get off when you need to. Otherwise its an endless gaming session where nothing gets accomplished in the end, and everything you put on hold to play builds up and makes you even more stressed. Its a vicious circle.
