10 Ridiculously Overpowered Melee Weapons

The only justification needed as to why the chainsword from the Warhammer Universe is on this list comes from its official description.

Honestly, this might be one of the most simple designs, being literally just a chainsaw and a sword combined, but its results can't be argued with. I absolutely adore Warhammer in all its forms, so when I was plonked into the massive power armour shoes of Captain Titus, I was squealing like an innocent man under the torture of The Inquisitors. The weight of the weapon is realised perfectly and the absolutely brutal ways that you can fell Orks and Chaos foes alike is a gruesome spectacle to behold.

I often found times when I was forgoing the hellfire shells and explosive rounds of my trusty boltgun in favour of this space marine slashing weapon. The best thing about Orks is that there's always more to kill. And in the name of the God Emperor, I shall kill.

But seriously, Ultramarines suck, go Emperor's Children.
