Fallout 4's super mutants are significantly dumber than their West Coast counterparts from earlier titles, but this doesn't mean they're any less dangerous.

The most powerful of their kin are the giant Behemoths, which are strong enough to bash you dead with one swing of their metal club or with a heavy boulder hurled at you from a distance.

Luckily for you, Behemoths are quite rare, so you only ever have to fight them a few times.

Well, a few and one, actually, if you manage to anger Swan.

Despite what his gentle name may suggest, Swan is a deranged Behemoth who sits in the pond of the Boston Common's park, pretending to be a dainty little bird.

Because his alter ego requires a certain dose of subtlety, Swan will not actually attack anyone, so long as they don't poke around his pond. As soon as you do, however, he will lunge at you out of the water and pursue you with his weapons made out of boats and other aquatic paraphernalia, which somehow make him even deadlier than a regular Behemoth.

So don't annoy Swam. Let him fulfill his dreams of becoming a fancy avian in peace.
