Final Fantasy XV utilizes a lot of new and innovative ideas when it comes to its combat, some of which, some might argue, make the enemies you fight a lot easier to deal with.

This said, if you're looking for a challenge, the game actually comes with one of the Final Fantasy series' largest and possibly most dangerous bosses. It's just that you have to be kind of mean in order to make him attack you.

Adamantoise is a gargantuan turtle who carries an entire mountain on its back. The first time you come across him, he will look like a regular part of the landscape. It is only when you move closer to him that the turtle will crawl from under his massive shell and shake his head to give you a warning to keep your distance.

At this point, any rational person would listen to his warning and run, but if you feel particularly daring, you can continue to bother the turtle until he finally decides he's had enough and attacks you.

As you can expect from fighting a mountain, Adamantoise's health, resistances, and damage are absolutely huge, so unless you're high enough level to handle it, it's best not to aggravate your local wilderness-sized wildlife.
