3. A Legendary Whale-Hater - The Sims Medieval
One of the most coveted rewards in The Sims Medieval is legendary traits. These special traits replace your Sim’s flaw with a powerful new virtue that provides great benefits, such as increased strength or the ability to make instant friends.
Unfortunately, there are only a handful of missions that provide legendary traits, so you really have to hunt for them. This said, there is one mission that, despite not mentioning a legendary trait as a reward, can actually give your Sim one if you meet the right requirements.
The mission “Fisherman’s Challenge” has a pretty tame premise, given the usual insanity of fantasy Sims. The quest is a fishing contest, and it provides the regular cash and experience points as a reward.
This said, if you do the mission with a Sim that has the “Whale Ate My Parents” trait, you can secretly gain a legendary trait, too!
To do this, your whale-hating hero has to enter the competition with the help of the insane fisherman Barney. After you catch your first fish, the man sends you to go whale-hunting to win the contest, and this will allow your Sim to overcome their hatred of big aquatic mammals, earning them a legendary trait!
