10 Secret Ways To Win In Video Games You Had No Idea Existed
Because winning conventionally is too boring!

Progressing through video games is typically as easy as following objectives. However, this doesn't mean that it's the only way.
There are actually plenty of games out there that include secret, hidden solutions for completing your objectives, and finding them can be a lot more fun than blindly following orders.
These secret choices can only be found by spending a considerable amount of time exploring the game, but as a reward, they offer you a more interesting and unique way of progressing through your objectives.
Instead of fighting your way into the enemy base, you can secretly speak with one of the workers to go through a hidden backdoor. Instead of killing the main bad guy, you might find a way to convince him to abandon his cause. The possibilities are as many as they are well hidden, with no quest markers indicating they're an option but many additional requirements that don't make them easy to unlock.
Discovering these alternate solutions will help you win in the most unexpected of ways. So if you're the type of person who likes to experiment instead of doing things by the book, or you're looking to add more variety into the gameplay, these choices are for you!
10. Destroy The Dark Brotherhood - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

The Dark Brotherhood has arguably one of the most fun questlines out of all the major factions in Skyrim, but it may also not suit the playstyle and roleplay choices of every player.
Unfortunately, if you accidentally helped the Brotherhood resolve one of their murder cases, you’ll pretty much be roped into joining them, as shortly after their leader, Astrid, will kidnap you and force you into being initiated into the guild’s ranks.
However, you don’t really have to listen to her.
Although the game doesn’t say it in the quest’s objectives, you don’t actually have to listen to Astrid. Instead of killing one of the people she brought for your initiation ritual, you can actually choose to kill her instead.
This will trigger a new secret quest, called “Destroy the Dark Brotherhood,” and it will allow you to completely remove the faction from the game.
It’s a really fun alternative for those who don’t fancy themselves sneaky assassins that has some pretty significant impact on the world, too.
Now, if only you were able to do a similar thing with Brynjolf constantly asking you to join the Thieves Guild on every single playthrough…
