10 SEGA Games That Need A Remake

1. Golden Axe

The Golden Axe franchise had a painful death when it was retooled as Golden Axe: Beast Rider in 2008. 12 years later and this chump believes that the franchise that tapped into all the Conan The Barbarian epicness deserves one more chance.

The original SEGA game allowed players to pick one of three characters and begin an epic quest to take down Death Adder and their mentor Death Bringer. After multiple deaths, players would finally have the Golden Axe and immortality.

While some may sigh at this rather conventional quest the ability to ride dragons, use varying magic depending on the character you chose and play on split screen was pretty epic. There was also a straight-up arcade beat 'em up mode that was entertaining as it was painstakingly hard after a while.

If a 2D beat em up can supply all this fun, a 3-D adventure can only add to the splendor. Equally an updated version of this title with helpful new features and online elements would also be pretty great.

Either way, this game was incredibly enjoyable and deserves a quality remaster that would kind of be like Skyrim only much with a much shorter playtime and with more sprites to kick for health.

Whether its Nic Cage films or any game that's easy to pick up it's my kind of entertainment.
