10 SEGA Mega Drive Games That Deserve a 21st Century Overhaul

1. Michael Jackson's Moonwalker (Genre: 3D Platformer)

Some people might claim to hate Michael Jackson's Moonwalker game.

They are lying.

There is literally nothing not to love about defeating your enemies with dance, moonwalking across pool tables, and turning into a giant robot. Period.

Back in 1988, The King of Pop filmed a series of videos for a number of his songs which was made into a single, continuous plot where Michael rescues children from Joe Pesci's evil Mr. Big. It was amazing, and the game was amazing, and we deserve to see it again!

The very nature of the game is ridiculous and this should be acknowledged in the style and mechanics of the game. Keep it light, keep it funny, and keep it simple. A 3D platformer with cartoon graphics, similar to the recent PS4 remake of Ratchet & Clank, except set in the dark 1980s alleys and bars, with Michael Jackson's soundtrack keeping us company as we pull off his most defining dance moves in our bid to battle evil.
