10 Star Wars Video Games We Wish EA Would Make
4. For Honor-Style Star Wars Dueler
For Honor got one thing right: sword fighting.
Swinging a sword around felt great, and the combat was engaging enough that it felt satisfying to absolutely shred your opinion. The weapons had a lot of weight to them, and each attack felt powerful.
So, take the combat mechanics and put that into Star Wars. Suddenly, you have a 3D Jedi fighting game with proper lightsaber fighting. Gone are the days of slapping each other with wet noodles in Battlefront. You have a proper lightsaber fighting game that focusses on the lightsaber combat.
You can even have different classes that prioritise different fighting styles. You can have different sabers, crazy kinds of weapons and the unique Star Wars aesthetic. If you aren't convinced, you need only look at the fan edits for For Honor's executions in which they swap the swords for lightsabers. It is truly glorious!
