9. Foxhound Ranking On European Extreme In 1 Hour, 45 Minutes - Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f67fYdSSN18 This time might not sound outwardly impressive compared to some of the other runs we've got on here, but remember that the first time you play through Metal Gear Solid 3, you're probably going to be clocking up 15-18 hours of gameplay, including all the cut-scenes. Skip the cut-scenes and you've already at least halved your play time, but to whittle this down from around 7-8 hours to less than 2 is freaking awesome. To do this while attaining a Foxhound ranking - the highest in the game - on European Extreme difficulty - also the highest in the game - during a single-segment run (that means with no breaks) is absolutely bats**t crazy. Watch the video and be amazed at how he knows every enemy patrol, every boss weakness, and executes dozens of neat little time-saving tricks such as quickly re-quipping weapons during battles. That he manages all this without a single alert or continue (two conditions for the Foxhound ranking) is a mind-blowing testament to the man (or woman)'s elite skill, and how much spare time he has.
