10 Things Only Battlefield Players Will Understand

2. Downed Players Who Skip Revives

What's even worse than a clueless Medic? An effective Medic who's just as useless because no one will wait for a revive.

Every Medic main knows the feeling. Running to a fallen friend, syringe at the ready, when suddenly they disappear, and you’re left facing a full squad and an inevitable respawn screen.

Really makes you reconsider the whole “do no harm” thing.

This is even more unforgiveable in later titles, where Medics can signal incoming revives to downed players. Yet still, off they pop, as if dying is some sort of infinite resource. Oh wait, never mind.

Still, it’s common courtesy. This isn’t Call of Duty, after all. You don’t have to smash the respawn button like it’s a Quick Time Event.

Unless you’re on the other side of the map, that is. Don’t be that person stranded at the edge of the map, but still waiting for a revive with enough passive aggression to start a tavern brawl.

And to all the players who are shrugging because they never play Medics, look at it this way: the time you spend waiting on the ground is far less than the time you spend in the death screen. Just have a little patience, these paddles do have to charge first.
