6. If You Let Foreman Go He Becomes A Wanted Criminal - Red Dead Redemption 2
Anthony Foreman is a minor character from Red Dead Redemption 2 who acts as the leader of the Foreman Brothers gang.
The player encounters him during the Horseshoe Overlook chapter when he harasses Tilly for killing his cousin.
The scene is your introduction to a short mission where you learn Tilly and her mother were kidnapped by the Foreman Brothers, and although she eventually became a part of their crew, the young girl had to kill one of their own and escape after he tried to make advances on her.
When Arthur discovers this, he tries to intervene and stop Anthony before he can hurt her. You capture him while fighting off his gang, and at this point you get to choose between killing him or letting him go.
Now, the merciful option is technically the honorable one, but it actually has some not-so-honorable consequences later.
You see, once you get to play as John in the epilogue, if you spared Anthony, he comes back as a wanted criminal, meaning that by letting him walk free as Arthur, you've created a menacing criminal wreaking havoc near John's quiet workplace.
But hey, on the other hand, you can always just catch him again for a nice cash reward!
