5. Don't Ignore Hircine's Curse - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Skyrim is incredibly forgiving when it comes to ignoring quests. You can come back to pretty much any mission at any given moment, and there will be no repercussions for quitting it whatsoever.
However, there is one specific exception to this rule, and that is the quest of the Daedric Prince of Hunters, Hircine.
"Ill Met By Moonlight" is a werewolf-centric mission in which the player has to help an unfortunate shape-shifter called Sinding remove the curse from Hircine's ring, which causes him to turn into his wolf form at random.
In order to help Sinding, you have to take the ring from him, and this is where the quest can have dire consequences for you if you don't finish it.
The cursed ring will be automatically equipped the moment you agree to help Sinding, and you won't be able to remove it.
This means that if you ignore the mission, the ring will keep causing you to transform into a werewolf at random, including when you're in heavily populated areas or while doing other quests.
Unless you want to have a bounty on your head or break the game by suddenly turning essential NPCs against you, you want to finish Hircine's quest as quickly as possible.
