His ultimate plan is to remove all the "inferior" races from Morrowind and then conquer the world so that he may rule over all as Tamriel's one true god. If this already doesn't sound like a pretty nasty deal to you, his primary tool for world dominance is a specially concocted disease of his own design that malforms people's bodies and destroys their minds.

It sounds insane, right? And yet, Dagoth Ur still maintains a huge following in the Elder Scrolls community, including people who would genuinely want to help him conquer the world.

Because the truth is, for all his delusions and prejudices, Dagoth Ur has one really good trait: the man can deliver a terrific speech.
