7. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge
Now, here's one to get the nostalgia bus back on tour. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have no right to have such an ever-prominent foothold in popular culture, but it's impossible not to love them. TMNT has been through so many changes in its lifetime, but this upcoming game is set to give you a blast from the past as it's directly inspired by the original 1987 version of the animated show and games.
This side-scrolling beat 'em up game has an all-star development team, as it's headed up by Tribute Games, who worked alongside Ubisoft on Scott Pilgrim Vs The World: The Game and TMNT. Alongside them is Dotemu, who were responsible for 2020's Streets of Rage 4. So, it's safe to say the Turtles are in the right hands.
The entire game looks set to be a deliciously retro experience as you take control of one of the beloved characters and fight your way through the Foot Clan and their infamous leader Shredder.
If you loved Turtles in Time, then you're probably going to love Shredder's Revenge when it comes out later this year.
