10 Video Game "Super Soldiers" That Were Completely Useless
2. Metal Gear Solid 3: The End
Metal Gear Solid has some of the best boss fights in any video game franchise. Solid Snake and Raiden are pitted against dozens of the most powerful cybernetically enhanced humans and weapons of mass destruction ever seen.
And Metal Gear Solid 3 is no different. Though as this is an origin story in a way for Snake, he doesn't really get to fight any weird cybernetic octopus people and instead has to deal with normal super soldiers. One of which is the ancient Russian sniper known as The End. Literally he's one hundred years old when Snake fights him in Metal Gear Solid 3.
This may account for why this can be one of the easiest boss fights of the game. At first, The End seems like he will be a difficult challenge for Snake to overcome. The End hides somewhere deep in the jungle, constantly aiming right at Snake, forcing him to figure out on the fly where this elite sniper is. Or he can just wait patiently along with you, the player.
The surprising way this can be the easiest boss fight in the game is simply by being a patient gamer (or manipulating your console's clock) to make it so a week has passed, killing this super sniper with old age and allowing the player and Snake to move on with their day of saving the world and fighting for a morally grey America.
