Teabagging is an age-old tradition among online players, a special humiliation ritual in which the victor delights themselves in killing the other player by rapidly crouching and standing up over their opponent's dead body (it's mean, yes, but let's be real, most people have done it at least once in their gaming career).
Back in its heyday, tea bagging was quite prominent on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare servers, so much so that eventually the developers had no other choice but to address it... And make an achievement off of it in Modern Warfare II!
The "Sweet Tunes" achievement is a reward for repetitively crouching over an opponent you killed, aka the very definition of teabagging.
The name and the description of the achievement try to present the gesture as you "dancing" over the enemy, but this hasn't really fooled Call of Duty veterans from noticing what the movement actually is.
