10 Video Game Bosses That Cheat To Win

4. Shin Amon - Judgment

Yakuza fans are no stranger to bulls**t bosses who have more life bars than they do clean pairs of underwear, and recent spin-off Judgment decided to take this trolling in an altogether crueller direction.

Shin Amon is one of the game's mercifully optional bosses, and with a stonking seven life bars represents the toughest challenge it offers.

But because that's not tricky enough, Shin is also able to steal protagonist Yagami's phone, in turn preventing players from accessing the menu to use items.

If you haven't bound any items to your shortcut menu, the rest of the fight is incredibly difficult, and basically underlines why it's thankfully a bonus challenge rather than a compulsory storyline battle.
