Putting their own spin on Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, the gameplay of Team Ninja’s Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty puts a focus on deflecting enemy attacks to break their stamina meter. By throwing in some of their own tweaks to the formula, the Nioh 2 developers created a Soulslike with an intricate and satisfying combat system.

Putting players’ parrying and dodging skills to the test is a roster of powerful bosses that are a tough fight even for the most seasoned Soulsborne player. The boss which will give players the biggest headache, though, is Blindfolded Boy.

Like any Soulslike baddie worth their salt, beating Wo Long’s final boss means that players will need to utilise everything they’ve learned in the game up to this point.

Learning the timings to counter his attacks and evade his punishing unblockable moves are the key to success. However, making this fight even trickier is Blindfolded Boy's love for launching hails of daggers at players as curve balls between combos to knock them off their stride.

Even after gaining a solid grasp of his attacks, his mammoth health bar makes this showdown a nail-biting battle of attrition where every blow counts.
