10 Video Game Bosses You Can EASILY Beat With Secret Items
6. King Dedede - Kirby Air Ride (2003)
King Dedede's appearance in the truly bizarre spin-off game, Kirby Air Ride, is little more than a cameo, but boy, does it present a challenge you totally weren't expecting!
One of City Trial mode's most difficult endgame events is called 'Vs King Dedede', which, as you'd expect, pits you against the King himself on a modified version of the game's Wheelie Bike. The small arena constantly spawns powerup items and weapons with which to dispose of the joyriding glutton, but even then, if you hit from the wrong angle just a couple of times, you can kiss goodbye to any chance of besting him.
However, if, during the City Trial free-roaming before the event, you've collected three legendary machine parts from random red boxes, you may be blessed with obtaining Hydra, a devastating Air Ride machine capable of INSANE speed and attack power.
Against King Dedede, you barely even need to use powerups as long as you can manoeuvre the ridiculously fast machine into the back of your opponent a few times. The only downside is having to charge the thing up again every time you get hit - but if you can tolerate that, this boss will be no match for you at all.
