10 Video Game Franchises With ZERO Bad Entries

4. Uncharted

God of war ragnarok
Naughty Dog

Despite the fact Uncharted was backed by the company behind Crash Bandicoot and the creator of Soul Reaver, the masses were dubious about the treasure-hunting saga, saying it looked like a rip-off of Tomb Raider. (It immediately got the unflattering moniker, Dude Raider, when a demo debuted at E3.)

Luckily, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune won everyone over. Due to the top-notch voice-acting, scriptwriting, and chemistry, you saw the characters as people, rather than NPCs. The creators hired professional stuntmen instead of regular actors for the physically active sequences to ensure they looked bombastic and authentic.

Although Uncharted set the bar way too high, the series never faltered. Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is among the few games to receive a Metacritic score of 96%. Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception was one of the best titles on the PS3. Even though the best franchises can pull a Game of Thrones at the end, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End was the perfect send-off for our charming hero.

There may only be four official entries, but that was enough to secure Uncharted's legacy as a flawless franchise.
