10 Video Game Pranks You Wish Were True

3. PlayStation Flow

This prank from isn't necessarily cruel, but the product is one gamers never knew they wanted, until they realised they couldn't have it.

While innovations such as remote play have helped the industry grow in recent memory, they wouldn't have pushed the boundaries anywhere near as far as PlayStation Flow. The mock video reveals cutting edge technology that allows the player to wear gear and swim underwater while it connects to their PlayStation.

The aim is to drastically improve the immersive experience of swimming in video games.

It even comes with a machine that can dry you at lightning speed, allowing you to get back to the PlayStation quicker than normal. Even more bizzarrely, you don't even need to be submerged under water - you can just lie across a chair and pretend to swim.

Naturally, the entire video is no more than a joke and the technology to facilitate such an undertaking does not currently exist, much to the disappointment of many. But, who knows? With the PS5 bound for 2020, maybe the Flow will arrive sooner than anyone expects.
