10 Video Game Rewards You Only Get ONE Chance To Grab

Not enough gets said about Eternal Darkness, and when we do discuss this devilish pyschological horror game, we usually do so to champion its Insanity Meter effects. And to be fair, they're very very good, but today it's all about the Enchanted Gladius, an upgraded super weapon of sorts that will turn enemies into mulch thanks to the fact it can be thrown and called back like the Leviathan Axe from God of War.

Delicious.

However you only get one chance to grab this Gladius of the gods and it's easy to mess up the requirements. For starters, you'll need to get three effigies from Karim, Michaels, and Roberto's chapters and then as Michael put all of these shiny tokens into their respective containers which will unlock a secret room containing the Gladius. That seems simple enough right? Well if you miss any of the effigies, you're screwed, and even if you do unlock it you'll have to wait until you've switched back to Alex to actually use it!

As an added kicker, if you've killed every other enemy in the game so far, you'll only have FIVE new opportunities to use the weapon! That means it's an overpowered game changer which you have a high percentage of missing AND you can only use it a handful of times. Maybe it's best leaving this one alone?
