10 Video Game Side Missions That Made You Feel Cheated

3. Korok Seeds - Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom

One of the greatest disappointments in Breath of The Wild was the reward you got for collecting all nine hundred Korok seeds scattered throughout Hyrule. After spending the majority of the game looking for invisible Koroks, the only thing you had to show for it was Hestu's Gift, a literal pile of golden poo.

But what about the sequel? Surely Nintendo wouldn't try pulling the same joke on you twice, right? Well, not exactly.

First off, instead of nine hundred, Tears Of The Kingdom wants you to collect one thousand Korok seeds! You work harder for your reward, which is why it's also slightly bigger than its predecessor. As in, it's just a bigger pile of poo.

Yep, collecting Korok seeds in Tears of The Kingdom yields the same exact rewards as doing so in Breath of the Wild. The only difference is that Hestu's gift in the sequel is made out of an additional layer of Korok excrement.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on you but bigger and stinkier.
