Game: Mario Tennis Waluigi is one of the most pointless villains ever created. He was literally created by Nintendo so that the infinitely better Wario could have a tennis partner. Instead of doing something clever or funny, they just made an 'evil' version of Luigi, in a move that could have been invented by a 5-year-old. So much of Waluigi makes no sense that it hurts. For starters, he's never actually done anything villainous beyond being a sporting rival and having a silly moustache. Instead, we're just told that yes, he is the villain. Even his design is stupid. From the face that looks like Wario squashed in Microsoft Paint to the irritating voice, there's just nothing imaginative or great about him. Worst of all, he has an upside down 'L' on his cap. That made sense for Wario, because 'M' upside-down forms a 'W'. An upside-down 'L' forms an upside-down 'L'. Stupid.
