10 Video Game Villains Who SUCK At Being Evil
6. Ulfr The Blind - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
It's no secret that Skyrim has a huge bandit problem. Almost every cave, fort, and ruin is occupied by bands of highwaymen that attack anyone in sight.
They're aggressive, cruel, and some even get to serve as main villains in several of Skyrim's side quests.
Luckily, not all bandits are a nuisance, because there's also Ulfr.
Ulfr, also known by his full title Ulfr the Blind, is the only non-aggressive bandit in the game. He acts as the guard of his gang's hideout in White River Watch, and despite being a named character, he is less threatening than even the most generic low-level bandit due to his, well, blindness.
As his title suggests, Ulfr cannot see anything, which is why when the Dragonborn trespasses in his hideout, he doesn't even get up from his chair.
Instead, Ulfr mistakes you for a member of his gang and even acts friendly when you interact with him.
His lackluster reaction is not only a pleasant break from the typical villainy of Skyrim's bandits but can also come off as a total shock to most players, as they're used to getting attacked as soon as they enter a new location.
Even if it's just due to his disability, it's nice to see a bandit with manners for a change.
