3. Dawnguard Rune Axe - Skyrim

Although most weapons in Skyrim can be infinitely upgraded via the enchanting and alchemy exploit, there aren't many that can scale on their own.One example of such a weapon would be the Deadric Ebony Sword, which gets more powerful with each companion and friendly person you kill.

Let's be honest, though: Who in their right mind would want to kill all of their best buddies in Skyrim? They're the ones carrying all of your loot for you.

Perhaps a better alternative would be the undead hordes plaguing Skyrim's landscape, and this is where the Dawnguard Rune Axe comes in handy. The weapon can be obtained in one of the side missions for the Dawnguard faction, and its enchantment allows it to scale its magical damage with each undead creature you kill. The count of the slain undead can go beyond one hundred, but the catch is that it resets back to zero every dawn.

Well, except there is a way to keep the scaling permanent. After killing enough undead, you can upgrade the axe at a grinding stone and lock the weapon's undead count. Now you can enjoy all the damage you've accumulated, regardless of the time of day.
