8. Dance Dance Revolution

Another of those no, really? things, DDR and joint strain are good buddies. An average song on the pad might not feel like much, but there havent been too many average people who limber up for a single play. Repeat players have noted strains and pains in their knees from frequently moving to the steps, while some have gotten so into the groove that theyll stomp, slap and spin with the beat. The resulting muscle aches and aching joints lived long after the music did. I gotta hand it to em though those players sure can dance. Until they hit their mid-twenties, anyhow.
