This one is so bizarre that chances are you€™ll have already heard about it. Mario Party for the Nintendo 64 had so many mini-games that involved spinning the control stick fast and hard that players would press their palm onto the stick and whip it back and forth as fast as they could. The resulting blisters were so common that Nintendo even offered to provide blister-resistant gloves to people who could prove that they purchased a copy of the game. How thoughtful!
