10 Video Games That Just Got Delayed

5. Terminator 2D: No Fate

Bitmap Bureau are developing a retro-styled side-scrolling video game based on one of the greatest action movies of all time - Terminator 2: Judgment Day.

And frankly it looks awesome, expertly capturing the look and feel of James Cameron's sci-fi action masterpiece in a gorgeous throwback art style, while melding a faithful adaptation of the film's story with new future war sequences following an adult John Connor.

No Fate was originally pencilled in to release sometime in early September, but back in July the developer confirmed that they needed just a little while longer to polish the end product.

The game will now release on October 31, which in addition to giving Bitmap Bureau a little longer to tighten things up, will also make it easier for them to co-ordinate the physical manufacturing process - always a tricky gambit where smaller indie releases are concerned.

Though Terminator fans are undeniably thirsting for some quality content, an extra two-ish months isn't so tough a wait.
