1. Minecraft
One of the most popular games ever made, Minecraft is a ton of fun for players of all ages, but also comes with more than a few completely random and unexpected ways for you to die, especially in the opening seconds!
As each game world is totally randomised, along with your spawn point, it is possible in some versions of the game for players to spawn inside the world and simply suffocate to death within just a few short moments, as seen in the video above.
Some players have also reported spawning above pits and falling all the way down to 'The Void', which is the black layer right at the bottom of the game's world that drains your health for every second you spend in it. And, on the Xbox 360 version of the game, it was also possible to spawn underwater and drown right from the off if you didn't make it to the surface fast enough.
