There are plenty of awful and heinous things you can do in Fallout 3, but if you're looking to turn your terrible behavior into a profession and get some unique rewards for making the wasteland a worse place, you have to look no further than Paradise Falls.

Paradise Falls is a collective of slavers that your character can join to earn some extra caps by, well, enslaving the NPCs you encounter in the world. Now, as you can probably tell, extorting the people of the Capital Wasteland can be highly lucrative, but the real reward of becoming a slaver is given to you by committing the most heartless and cruel thing of them all—enslaving an innocent child.

The hidden quest Kid-Kidnapper requires you to abduct a sweet and naive six-year-old and sell her into slavery. Doing so awards you the boogeyman's hood that you cannot obtain anywhere else in the game.

The hood has a pretty decent resistance to damage and can be used with power armor, but let's be honest, its true purpose is to proudly show off how much of a selfish bastard you are.
