3. Fable

You guys left me a lot of comments in the last video asking how I could leave out Fable, so I’m not going to ignore it this time. I mean it’s a game where you grow horns for being bad, it should be here.

Many commenters did bring up that you don’t really get good rewards for being evil, despite the fact that there are lots of opportunities to be evil. There are pretty equally good rewards whether you run around being a douchebag or practically Jesus.

There are some exceptions to that though, one of which is Skorm’s Bow, one of the best weapons in the game. You can only get Skorm’s Bow by earning enough evil points through sacrificing followers. Yep, you’ll have to recruit henchmen and then kill them off at the Chapel of Skorm at just the right time of day. So, not not evil.

Additionally, we need to talk about the endings of Fable 2 where you can revive a bunch of NPCs and get a statue, bring back your family and dog but leave the NPCs dead, or take a million gold.

I’m sorry, but I don’t see those NPCs coming out of that one.
