DC League of Super-Pets: The Adventures of Krypto and Ace was an action-adventure game released as a tie-in for Warner Bros.' 2022 animated film DC League of Super-Pets.

In June, almost three years after the game's launch, publisher Outright Games announced it would be delisted from all digital storefronts due to their license agreement with Warner Bros. expiring.

While on one hand the DC League of Super-Pets movie underperformed at the box office and was basically quickly forgotten, it also seems a tad short-sighted not to renew the license given that James Gunn's Superman - which featured super-dog Krypto in a major role - came out mere weeks later.

Surely a ton of kids would want to play a Krypto-starring video game even if it wasn't related to Gunn's own Superman, so it might've been a tad hasty to toss it out so soon.

Given Gunn's own fondness for video games, though, perhaps he'll give us a new Krypto game in the near-future. Here's hoping.
