OK, so nobody is suggesting EA implement a golfing mini-game, but they should think about adding a feature that lets players continue their Career without being in charge of a team at all. That wouldn't be hard to set up, and it'd stop some campaigns from getting stale.
If that doesn't float EA's boat, then how about the ability to leave club management behind and focus solely on winning the World Cup or European Championships? That's not possible right now in FIFA 19, and it really should be. It's hardly plausible that anyone would manage Chelsea and England at the same time, for example.
International management would come with its own problems. EA could develop relationships between national coach and club managers, with some making it nigh-on torturous to get the right players for crunch qualifying matches.
