10 Ways The Xbox One Is Secretly Beating PS4 & Nintendo Switch
7. The Forza Series
We could really go all day comparing Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony for their exclusive franchises, but if there's one area that Microsoft are consistently doing better than others, it's the racing genre.
More specifically, it's their lineup of Forza games. Both Forza Motorsport and the spin-off series Forza Horizon are beautiful games with tons of cars, customisation options and tracks to race on. Each game is stuffed to the brim with content, and generally speaking, each title improves massively on the previous game in the series.
Even if you don't like the simulation style of the Motorsport games, the Forza Horizon series is all about having sandbox fun in a wacky environment. Despite this, the Horizon games are held to the same standard as the Motorsport games and are just as beautiful.
Although Sony's Gran Turismo series is pretty beloved, it's fell on some pretty hard times as of late, and hasn't really picked itself up properly. The fact that Sport didn't even launch with single-player probably didn't help that much.
Microsoft may generally be struggling for exclusives, but they're certainly the king of racing games.
