Although this entry is technically a secret level, it’s nevertheless utterly mad enough to be deserving of a place on this list. That stage in question is, of course, the infamous cow level from Diablo II.

Players will first need to have beaten the game before they can access this level. Next, they’ll need to take a prosthetic leg that’s found only in the first act and combine it with a Tome of Town Portal using the Horadric Cube. Doing so will open a red portal that will transport players to this strange secret level.

Also known as Moo Moo Farm, this area is populated by an army of bipedal cows known as Hell Bovine which can quickly overwhelm players with their massive numbers if they're not careful. Stay alive long enough, and players can fight the level’s boss: The Cow King.

While this level is best known for its ludicrous concept, it's nevertheless proved to be useful to the Diablo Community. Thanks to the wealth of resources that can be found in this stage alongside its high number of enemies, this bonkers bonus makes for the ideal place for level farming.
