10 Wrestlers Who Didn’t Deserve To Be On The Cover Of A Wrestling Game

10. Stacy Keibler - WWE Day Of Reckoning 2

Stacy Keibler was one of the most popular Divas of all time. There’s no doubt too that her appreciation amongst wrestling fans has grown over the years. When she was signed to WWE, many fans looked down on her for lack of in-ring talent. And even after she left many didn’t appreciate her for not becoming the talent her peers of her era like Trish Stratus, Lita or Victoria would blossom into. It’s only recently that fans have valued the entertainment Stacy showcased in her relatively short seven-year career, from being a Nitro Girl to Mr. McMahon's assistant to being the Duchess of Dudleyville. Still, with all that said, Stacy didn’t deserve to be the centred star of WWE’s Day of Reckoning sequel for the GameCube in 2005.

She was the focus of attention on the cover in-between headliners Triple H and John Cena, who are displayed as nothing but shadows compared to Stacy. Why you ask? In the game’s Story Mode, Stacy Keibler plays nothing more than the love interest of your created character.

Stacy deserved a better role in the game. As did Cena and HHH for that matter, given they headlined the following WrestleMania on from this game being released.
