7. Jedi Power Battles

Now we're talking - one of the original third-person action-adventure games that had you slicing through droids like butter, before flicking into defensive mode and deflecting blaster-fire with ease. In short, JPB managed to be one of the first titles to really bring to life the idea of playing as this otherwordly space-ninja with untapped mind-powers and a penchant for swordsmanship.
In addition it was all fully-licensed, and despite being based on the later-trilogy's timeline and aesthetic, playing as a range of characters from Qui-Gon Jinn to Obi-Wan and even Mace Windu was a total joy thanks to a range of meaty powers and animations.
Obviously it's suffered a bit in the years gone by, but when you factor in that you could deflect laser-fire back at your opponent there are still few games that make you feel like such a badass.
