11 Unannounced 2014 Gaming Sequels That Will Sell Millions

6. Grand Theft Auto V (New Stories!)

You might consider this one a bit of a cheat, but an expansion to the GTA V world would actually fit the bill, both in terms of anticipation and success. Grand Theft Auto IV didn't end with Niko's story; Rockstar instead added two separate campaigns which were as meaty and full of content as many retail games. With GTA Online proving to be a disappointment in many people's eyes, new stories and campaigns set in Los Santos might prove to be exactly what Rockstar needs to extend the life of GTAV. Los Santos is a far bigger area than Liberty City, so the potential for new characters and stories set to this backdrop is seemingly infinite. Some people might want to see Rockstar deliver on their online promises first but if online heists are pushed back even further in favour of developing story content €“ and it's likely that many people would be fine with that. Either way, a new downloadable 'sequel' to GTAV would sell like digital hotcakes.

I have an addiction to achievements, a craving for new bands and a dream to become Captain America. I once finished second in a Mario Kart 7 tournament so I'm kind of a big deal.
