8. Fighting Force

Fighting force was released in 1997 by Eidos. The game put you in the shoes of one of four badass mercenaries who love nothing more than to pound their enemies in the face with their bare fists... and lead pipes, boxes, guns and... well, anything really. Imagine Streets of Rage but in 3D and you have Fighting Force. No funny business, no fancy plot twists, just balls-to-the-wall close quarters combat.
