When in doubt, inflate some boobs. It certainly worked for Stephanie McMahon back in the day - but at least the WWE had a laugh about it.

In Mortal Kombat's case we... had a character that was for the most part, thought of as an athletic fighter (her original costume was literally lycra training gear) doubling as a police officer. Yet, when 2011's "reboot" happened, ol' Sonya emerged with a pornographic sensibility behind her design.

With a pair of breasticles all nearby pilots would have to program into their landing gear to avoid, thankfully nothing else was altered, and Ms. Blade's badass persona was left intact. But just for the sheer sake of taking a character backwards through the evolutionary scale of gaming females, this - or these - was a needless inclusion.
