12 Video Game Series That Are Crying Out For A Remake, Remaster Or New Entry

That's right, it's another EA game.

Doing for snowboarding what Tony Hawk had done for skating, only with a lot more air and a lot more colour, SSX was a stunning PS2 launch title and it only got better with its sequels.

Unfortunately, the 2012 reboot left us cold (see what we did there?), eschewing the crazy characters and ridiculous tricks for a (slightly) more realistic spin on things. It sold fairly well, but with the developers working on the likes of FIFA and NHL, it would likely need a new team to restart the franchise.

Give us a “blink and you’ll miss it” paced SSX with characters that breakdance on their boards and we’ll be very happy indeed, particularly if it offers the same colourful courses and outfits that we came to love about the franchise.
