13 Most Frustrating Aspects Of E3 That Never Change
4. Ubisoft's Fake Gameplay Actors
Can we all agree that Ubisoft's voice actors need to stop being a thing? Watching people read committee written scripts over game-play, pretending to be real people, is just annoying and tiresome.
Its such a misguided way to sell the game, because almost every single gamer would much prefer a developer explaining what the game-play was showing, rather than trying to capture the people playing the game. The focus is drawn away from the game-play and to the unrealistic representation of the playerbase framed with awkward dialogue.
Especially considering the fact that this is far from an accurate representation of the gaming community. The fact that nobody slated that one guy for getting downed is unbelievable. Not even one of them called him a knob.
