5. InFamous: Second Son
Oh dear lord, it's so pretty it makes my eyes want to bleed. Perhaps the first true technical showcase of the PS4's capabilities after Killzone: Shadow Fall, InFamous: Second Son is set to bring the morally-charged superhero/supervillain open-world showcase flashing massive neon lights saying 'Look at me! Look at me!' and will no doubt begin driving even more interest in Sony's new juggernaut. What I've seen so far has wowed me greatly. The graphics are just something else on this one. It remains to be seen whether the gameplay is up to the same standards but given Sucker Punch's previous InFamous games and their general sense of awesomeness, it's hard to predict that we'll be disappointed with this one. There's a fundamental change afoot in Second Son though. You're no longer Cole McGrath; instead you're Deslin Rowe, a mysterious young gentleman with the ability to control neon (weirdest superpower ever?), smoke and - according to Sucker Punch - other elements that are remaining a surprise. If this one isn't on your radar, it should be.
