14 Most Memorable Closing Lines In Video Game History

13. "You're Winner!"- Big Rigs: Over The Road Racing

Big Rigs: Over The Road Racing is definitely a game to forget; with its numerous bugs, terrible AI, and dull action, only the most committed of players has been known to get through the entire game. And even ignoring these shortcomings in gameplay, there are further laughable details to marvel at. One of the biggest infractions is the screen for winning a race, where the grammatically incorrect "You're Winner!" will flash along with a grand trophy that the player definitely deserves for playing through this travesty, offering a surprisingly appropriate full-stop to the mistake-riddled mess. Besides false advertising where the game's package states that the player can drive cargo away from the police, the player is tasked with racing computer opponents with no AI, while also trying to navigate a course with shoddy hit detection meaning that just attempting to drive forward can be a hassle. With no challenge except for trying to not break the laws of physics, any player who can manage to find the finish line in this game can definitely look forward to the hilariously bad win screen for their efforts.
