11. "I Shall See You Soon X. Very Soon...."- Megaman X

Megaman X has already gone down in history justifiably as one of the best versions of the Blue Bomber, and indeed one of the greatest games of all time. With tight gameplay, the classic system of finding the correct order of taking out the bosses, and the overall aesthetic design, Capcom's joyous classic deserves all of the recognition it gets. Following true Megaman fashion, the game requires the player to navigate a treacherous lair of the main villian, followed by multiple boss fights, to reach the end. And the quality of the game is matched with an intriguing and appropriate final line, hinting at more of the same. With the destruction of Sigma, the antagonist, and his base, the player and X both think that the threat is over and that the day has been saved, but, the future is hinted at, as post-credits Sigma leaves behind a very chilling message, describing his true plans for the future, and ending with his ominous statement that he and the hero shall meet again. The after credits bonus is executed well, and even though it was just priming players for a sequel, the decision to have Sigma speak directly to X was a nice touch.
