15 Hilarious Voice Acting Fails In Video Games

14. Mega Man 8

Mega Man 8 was far from the best entry in the blue-armoured icon's history, despite having all the potential to have brought the series roaring into the fifth console generation on the PS1.

That didn't quite happen. While the gameplay was okay at best and the graphics were far inferior to what you'd expect from a PS1 game, the game is best remembered for the terrible voice acting in its cut-scenes - particularly the stammering, stumbling voice actor who played Dr Light - or, as he likes to call himself, Dr Wight. You see, the unfortunate voice actor had serious struggles pronouncing the letter 'L' (Dr Wahwee is actually Dr Wiley, by the way).

Alternatively, this rhotacism could be part of the character, but if so then he went seriously overboard with it. During this clip, he also manages to fluff his lines twice - all of which, to our great enjoyment, made the final cut of the game. Thank you, W-Mega Man!
